Our Story

Utopian Courier Press was created alongside our founder’s first novel. In Amelia’s Yours Truly Della Coleman series, the titular character sets off to write spooky stories for a newspaper called “The Utopian Courier.”

The Utopian Courier celebrates all things weird and wonderful. Whether you’re a ghoul, ghost, or goblin, you’ll find a place amongst the pages of this esteemed paper. Amelia wanted to echo this in the real world. After all, every story has a bit of truth in it! So, Utopian Courier Press was born! At 16, she published her first novel and launched her business. Here, you’ll find Amelia’s books and related merch, handmade plushies, and everything else she dreams up!

At 21 years old, Amelia has published several novels across two series. (More are in the works, of course!)

Yours Truly, Della Coleman, currently consists of two books—Case One: The Grunch and Case Two: The Spirits. YTDC is an ongoing series.

Saga of The Winter Witch is also an ongoing series. The first book, North Star, is available now! (Pre-orders open Nov. 15th, 2024. The release date is Dec. 1st, 2024)
