Cousteau, the Oceanographer Hobgoblin, is looking for a home! Cousteau is one of a handful of Hobgoblins who live beyond the safety of the swamp. . . like. . . WAY beyond. Under the glittering waves of the sea, you’ll find him walking the ocean floor, his diving helmet tethered to an enormous copper submarine. As he studies the mysteries of the seafloor, he whispers into a glimmering conch, transmitting his findings to his ocean-born colleagues.

Made with dusty teal rosette minky, short pile minky accents, embroidered accents, and octopus-print cotton. Weighted with poly pellets. Includes a removable ruff that can double as a scrunchie. (You will also receive a second matching scrunchie, as well!)

A bit about these creatures:
Hobgoblins are quiet, gentle creatures with four arms for hugging, big ears for listening, and a star on their tummy to be your guiding light. (huzzah, North Star reference!) While each has their own personality and desires, they share one common ideal: they're here to help.
